The final link in our production chain is our state of the art processing plant, where during 2014 we processed 6235 metric tonnes of raw ingredients into SALMA products and other fillet products. 3697 metric tonnes was processed for SALMA, counted by many as the world’s best salmon product, and Norway’s premium fresh fish brand.
The unique quality that SALMA is known for runs through the entire processing plant as a unifying feature. The dedication shown by our employees to supply a premium quality product to our customers is one of the reasons we have a strong position in a market demanding an increasing volume of fresh and processed salmon products. This is a position that we will work hard to retain well into the future.
