Strategic development
Executive Management Team
Bremnes Seashore is led by CEO Linda Litlekalsøy Aase and the executive management team. The leadership is responsible for the strategic development of the group and reports to the Board of Directors. Working closely across our entire value chain – from roe to finished product – the executive team sets the direction for long-term value creation.
"Through our values – credibility, development and joy of work – we aim to shape leadership that strengthens fish welfare, simplifies and streamlines processes, develops people and creates added value. This calls for leaders who are both willing and brave enough to take responsibility, and who make room for growth – in themselves and in others."
