Filetar skorne på dag 0, før rigor startar. Me tilbyr både lett og fulltrimma variantar, med eller utan skinn. Filetane vert produserte med vår pre rigor-teknologi på H-82, som gjev fast og god tekstur, lite gaping og jamn, fin farge.

Me tilbyr tradisjonelle post rigor-filetar, skorne hos kvalitetsmedvitne samarbeidspartnarar. Her kan me levera filetar i dei fleste trimmingsgradar i starten av alfabetet, A, B, C, D og E-trim, tilpassa kundane sine behov.

Heil sløyd laks, med hovud
Heil laks, sløyd og storleiksgradert frå 1 kg til 9+ kg. Fisken vert ilandført og handsama skånsamt før han går rett inn i vårt pakkeri H-82 på Bømlo. Der går han gjennom levandekjølingsprosess (LCF) som sikrar stabil kvalitet og trygg kjølekjede heilt frå start til kunde.

The name comes from the island of Bømlo on Norway’s west coast, where the sea, the natural environment and local knowledge meet modern technology. The result is salmon of high quality, consistent freshness and a flavour that has made BÖMLO a name appreciated by customers around the world.
